Enid comes to Longwood Rehab and Wellness Center from NY and has been in the fitness industry for over 15+ years. Enid has acquired her experience and knowledge through hands on practice working side by side with top Pilates and Personal trainers, in various fitness centers. Enid has obtained several certifications including Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition and Pilates Trainer through AFAA, ACE, and Balanced Body with Elizabeth Larkam. Enid’s passion lies in helping others achieve their individualized optimal wellness through a holistic approach through proper nutritional guidance and supplementation, as well as Pilates instruction that targets strengthening the body as a whole unit through breath, resistance, neutral spine, proper body alignment and safety. Elizabeth Jammal is a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA 48634) (Central Florida School of Massage Therapy, Florida) and a Certified Yoga Instructor (Nosara Yoga Institute, Costa Rica) with a B.A. in Biology/ Visual Arts (New College of Florida).
Elizabeth’s therapeutic massage expertise includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, Hydrotherapy, Thermal Stone, Sports, Pre-Natal, Hand and Foot Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, Chair Massage, and Body Treatments such as Sea Salt Glows and Mud Wraps. A typical treatment consists of gentle rocking and stretching, compression along the meridians, myofascial release, basic Swedish strokes, deep muscular and neuromuscular work where appropriate, and hand and foot reflexology but can be modified for every individual session. She is also trained in energy work such as Chakral Balancing and Usui Reiki.
As a yoga instructor, Elizabeth primarily practices and teaches Sivananda style which focuses on five principles: proper relaxation, exercise, breathing, diet, and positive thinking and meditation. A yoga session is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes long and is usually sequenced by relaxation, sun salutations, yogic postures which can be modified for many levels, final relaxation, and meditation. She would also like to teach meditation and chanting classes in the near future when the demand arises.
Elizabeth has been practicing the healing art of massage for 15 years and yoga for 8 years. Additionally, she practices alternate healing forms such as Chi Gong and loves capoeira, belly dance, making percussive music, and painting/ drawing.
Karen Kestner is a Personal Trainer and Wellness Consultant with 10 years experience. Her unique perspective on treating the mind, body and spirit in achieving optimal health was developed throughout her life as an athlete, but was refined following 12 years in the health care industry working in the orthopedic and cardiovascular fields.
Karen is dedicated to human movement and the relationships of adjacent muscles and joints to improve performance through science. Her diverse clientele ranges from individuals desiring improved activities of daily living, those with chronic pain, developmental athletes, and people wanting the highest standard for fitness programming.

Dr. Dacia Milescu is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, former gymnast and Podiatric Physician. Yoga has given her unique insights into the interaction of the human mind, body, and spirit. This insight has led her to help people regain their health and well-being through yoga.

Joyce R. Mills is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level (Multi Style). She is also a certified Pilates and group cycle instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. Ms. Mills has been a licensed psychological examiner in the state of Tennessee since 1981.
Ms. Mills has been interested in the physical and emotional benefits of relaxation and meditation for more than twenty years. She has been actively teaching yoga and Pilates in various venues for five years. Ms. Mills has been teaching vinyasa flow yoga classes at the Wellness Center at Longwood Rehabilitation since it opened its doors in May, 2006. Vinyasa means to put together for a purpose, and vinyasa flow yoga classes pair breath and physical poses (asanas) for various purposes depending on the objectives and needs of students. The goal of these classes is to have fun while stretching, strengthening and balancing the body while calming the mind and learning beneficial breathing techniques and relaxation strategies in a non-competitive environment. Yoga is a journey, not a destination and participants ALWAYS honor their bodies by selecting from the options offered the best option for them for that moment in that particular class.
Chas is currently studying Sports and Fitness with a specialization in strength and conditioning at the University of Central Florida. During high school, he became a member of the Olympic Development Team for soccer in the states of Florida and Alabama, as well as selected first team all state in his senior year.
He is certified as a personal trainer with American Fitness and Training Association (AFTA) and is also CPR/AED/First Aid certified. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and National Exercise Strength Training Association (NESTA). He has had great success personal training with all ages and genders.
Tina has been an ASAA and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer since 1999. She also has received her Level I and Level II Peak Pilates Certifications. These in depth certifications give her the ability to teach Mat, Reformer, and Cadillac exercises. In addition, Tina has been practicing yoga since 1996 and is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher. She is also knowledgeable in Kundalini and Anusara yoga. Having over 20 years experience in fitness, Tina has been committed to continue her education through workshops and additional certifications which include Silver Sneakers Seniors Program and nutrition.
