Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga - emphasizes health and well-being through breathing exercises, postures and concentration
Pilates Reformer - a special apparatus that allows for full range of motion to improve posture and develop core control improve strength, posture, and balance
Mat Pilates - a sequence of exercises that strengthens your core as well as provides over all body conditioning
Vinyasa/Flow Yoga - yoga poses arranged in flowing sequences for specific purposes, uniting movement and breath
Yogalates - blends yoga and pilates for a dynamic mind-body workout to increase strength, balance and flexibility
Yoga-Sivananda - includes breathing exercise, asanas to strengthen and stretch the body, relaxation, and meditation practices

Please Note:

You will receive an email reply or telephone call to confirm your class reservation.
Call to cancel your reservation by 4pm the day before, if you are unable to keep your reserved spot in the class.
Class size is limited.
All classes must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
Cancellations without appropriate notice will be considered a "no-show" and will forfeit their session(s).
No-shows count as a session and may not be rescheduled.
Packages expires three (3) months from date of purchase (or in case of gift or advanced purchase, three (3) months from the date the first session of the package is used).
We will keep a wait list if a class is full and call those waiting when there is a cancellation.
